Contacting us or receiving a reply does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when you and WJN Consulting sign a written agreement. Descriptions of services, examples, and any estimates on the Site or in our replies are not offers and are not binding.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, belong to WJN Consulting or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create works based on the Site without our written permission. "WJN Consulting" and our logo are our trademarks.

Information you send us

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send confidential information or ideas through the Site. Unless we have signed a confidentiality agreement with you, we are not obliged to treat feedback, suggestions, or ideas you send us as confidential, and we may use them without any obligation to you.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or use services provided by others, such as Google and Cloudflare. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WJN CONSULTING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ITS CONTENT IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WJN CONSULTING AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. These Terms do not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law. Services we provide under a signed agreement are governed by that agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WJN Consulting and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or of the rights of others.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site that is not resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Site after the changes, you accept them.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. We may suspend or discontinue the Site at any time.
